About Achyutha Innovations — GRAS Biochemical Crop Inputs from Tumakuru, Karnataka

About us

Science-backed inputs for the Indian farmer

Achyutha Innovations was founded on a single conviction: that Indian farmers deserve inputs as sophisticated as the challenges they face — without the chemical residues, without the soil damage, and without the guesswork.

How Achyutha Innovations began

Achyutha Innovations was established in Tumakuru, Karnataka, with a mandate to bring laboratory-grade biochemical science to the farm gate. The founding team observed a persistent gap: while global agri-science had advanced significantly in biochemical plant nutrition, Indian farmers were still largely dependent on synthetic chemical inputs developed decades earlier.

The company's first formulation, Thejas Formula-1, was developed to address a specific bottleneck in crop productivity — the efficiency of photosynthesis. By activating and stabilising the RuBisCO enzyme and related photosynthetic pathways using FDA-approved GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) biochemicals, Thejas demonstrated consistent yield improvements of 18 to 22 percent in paddy, wheat, and vegetable crops across field trials conducted using RCBD (Randomised Complete Block Design) methodology.

From that foundation, the product range expanded to address post-harvest shelf life (Suryashakthi Fruit Special), flowering and fruit set (Suryashakthi Flower Booster and Kreeyaa), comprehensive crop performance (Suryashakthi Radiant Formula-2), and spray efficiency (SR-85 Adjuvant). Each formulation was developed from GRAS-certified biochemicals, ensuring safety for farmers, consumers, and the soil ecosystem.

The science behind our formulations

Every Achyutha Innovations formulation is built on three non-negotiable principles.

GRAS-certified biochemicals only

All active ingredients are drawn from the FDA's GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) list. This means no synthetic pesticides, no heavy metals, and no compounds with known toxicity to humans, animals, or soil microbiota.

Mechanism-first design

Each formulation targets a specific biochemical mechanism — RuBisCO activation for photosynthesis, glucosidase inhibition for shelf life, amino acid pathways for flowering. This precision avoids the broad-spectrum disruption that characterises many conventional inputs.

RCBD field validation

All efficacy claims are backed by field trials conducted using Randomised Complete Block Design (RCBD) methodology — the same statistical standard used by agricultural universities and government research stations. Results are compared against untreated control plots under identical conditions.
